Decal (with Mask) Instructions

Please read all instructions before applying

  1. Clean the surface of the item you are going to apply your decal too.
  2. Ensure the surface is completely dry before attempting to apply the decal.
  3. Carefully remove decal from the paper liner. You should be left with your decal face down on the masking tape transfer sheet.
  4. Line up where you want to apply your decal.
  5. Place ONE EDGE edge of the masking tape transfer sheet
  6. Starting from the edge you initially placed down, use a squeegee (or a credit card) to apply the masking tape sheet and decal to your item.
  7. Ensure that your decal is completely adhered to the item you are applying to. You will be able to see your decal through the transfer sheet,
  8. Gently peel back the masking transfer tape sheet, beginning at the corner and slowly pull. If you find that your decal is not separating from the transfer sheet, lay the transfer sheet back down and squeegee that area again. Then try peeling the transfer tape off again. Then continue until the entire decal is applied to the item.
Note: These instructions are for decals with a clear/white sticky masking film and a paper backing. If your decal does not have this masking layer, please see Decal (without Mask) Instructions
