We love customer service who sent replacement. Our kids must be strong throwers off the highchair as the inside to slow liquid flow pops off and then the liquid flows out. Lol and my baby gets a new outfit hahaha bc she is wet from the liquid.
The quality of the cup, photo are wonderful- it's just not a fit for our baby who drops

The lid for the sippy cup doesn't work. Nothing comes out when you try to drink out of unless you take the rubber piece out, in which case it leaks. Not great for a toddler. Also the image is just a printed insert and not directly on the cup, which for the price is disappointing.

I was speaking with a dear friend, and she was joking she wanted a purple sparkly dinosaur sippy cup to drink wine from.
If nothing else, I commit to the bit. I found this product from CustomizeIt and was able to even get her name on it framed in purple. Did I tweak it when I got it by painting the white (minus the mouth piece) with purple sparkles and sealing them in? Yeah, but small price to pay when they got me there to this incredible product.
Haven't gifted it yet, but I know there will be laughter and joy. Thanks for that.

Well made cup, but the name is printed on paper which slides into the outer edge of the cup and the inner piece of the cup slides in next to that.
You obviously need to remove the paper logo before washing the cup, but you must be very careful not to wet the paper or wrinkle it. It is not a straightforward wash and go, and eventually the paper insert WILL be compromised with all the handling. I guess Im keeping it, but expected an imprint of the name on the cup itself. Never saw this configuration beforereally dont care for it.
