I ordered this item last minute as a birthday gift as was very anxious to have it sooner than promised. I spoke with customer service who promised she would follow up with the production department to see when it could be ready so that she could expedite shipment if it might be ready in time. She spoke with me literally every day after my order until she was able to tell me that it would be ready early and she could ship it overnight so it would arrive in time!! I was so impressed with the diligence of follow-up for this relatively small order. The cases themselves were perfectly done and looked and felt great. I will certainly order from the company again when I need a customized product!

Cotton is the gift for the second anniversary. I scoured the Internet looking for a gift that would be suitable. Then I came across your Website and saw a series of cotton gifts. I hope it is obvious by now that the reader has figured out that we were married on St. Patrick's Day. Therefore, it only seemed fitting to have St. Patrick's Day themed gift for my wife. But what to have for the personalization: That was the question. I'll leave the meaning of the personalized statement to the mindset of the reader.
When my wife received this gift she busted out with laughter and almost hit the floor! She could not believe what she was holding and all the memories that it stirred up. It was truly a gift to behold! As far as the material of the gift, my wife stated that if was an extremely soft fabric that would create hours of comfort.
I will be keeping your company in mind for future gifts that are needed. But now I have to get to work on something whimsical for next year's anniversary.

Overall the pillow case looks great and just what I wanted. But the zebra screen print goes thru to the back side and leaves a yellowish cast. I did not expect that. I actually expected it to have zebra print on both sides but that isn't the end of the world. There are also some black smudges on the edges of the case and a couple near the monogram. Hope washing it helps. For the price, I did not expect flaws.

Cutest thing in the whole wide world! Fits a standard size pillow perfectly. We actually bought it for our 3 year old puppy-child because she loved our pillows so much So her's has a big red "E" and says "Ellie". When we gave it to her, you would have thought it was Christmas morning. She now sleeps at the foot of our bed (80 pounds of puppy!) on her own pillow! Any child would love it too. They have so many designs, but her favorite toy was "Mr. Duck"....until we got Dino the dinosauer in the mail the other day!l Wonderful vibrant colors and great fabric quality. Perfect stocking stuffer for any child (or puppy)!

The design is super cute and I love the ability to customize the picture. Unfortunately, the picture led me to believe the pillow would be inserted from the back. The pillow is actually inserted from the side. Also, I would have liked the fabric to be a heavier quality.

I bought this pillow case for my 2 year old's first pillow. This company's customer service is top notch. I received several email notifications updating me on the status of my order, as well as a follow up email to make sure I was satisfied. The pillow case itself is of good quality and very soft fabric. The design with personalization is adorable. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that there was a small defect in the screen where the tag on the inside of the pillow case must have caused a wrinkle in the fabric when screen printing was done. To me it's hardly noticeable and not worth the time it would take to try to return/exchange it for another. Other than that, I like it so much that I'm ordering another one for my 4 year old! And I will be keeping this in mind for birthdays, etc.
