This item was just what I wanted. My favorite animal is a giraffe and I wanted something at my desk that would showcase my personality when people walk by my desk. The print is just right, not too bright or offputting but just enough. I like the comfortable armrest as well, since using this, I haven't had as much wrist pain which is a plus considering I sit at my desk for long hours sometimes. I am very happy with my purchase and it came in in a reasonable time as well. I will be making another order through you all again.

The mouse cursor is not moving properly when using this mousepad. The mouse physically glides...but the cursor on the computer screen is not going where I want it to go. If the mouse is on the lower right corner of the mousepad, then the cursor on the screen should be the same but it is super far away and I am am the edge of the mousepad and can only lift up the mouse and reposition it. I was having to lift up and reposition so often it was driving me crazy. I am now just using the top of my desk with no mousepad and am much happier.
The pad was super cute though. Just not functional with my Mac. I think it had something to do with the fabric/texture

I dont expect much when creating custom items like this, but I was very impressed when it showed up!
The picture was very clear and the mouse pad product itself was very high quality. Again, normally you get cheap products that are personalized, which is nice, but they definitely took the time to ensure the product itself was good quality as well as the great job they did with the personalization! The person I made this for was very excited and loved it! I would definitely recommend the personalized mouse pad and honestly, I would consider other products from them now since this one was so nice.

The grip on the bottom of the mousepad doesnt really stick to the desk. It slides around a pretty easily. The design looks good but I designed it myself so it looked as expected. 2 out of 5 stars because the functionality of the mousepad is not up to par with my expectations.

This is amazing! My picture collage printed beautifully! The wrist cushion is also firm yet soft and conforming, and the pad is a good size for the Microsoft Mobile mouse I use. The track pad is placed inside frame, nice and sturdy, and there are little rubber circle pads underneath to stop from sliding around. I also really love that I was able to customize with a message, gdëbanen, it means I love you/I cherish you. Thank you for such a sturdy, beautiful product I use daily! :)

I bought this mouse pad and the pencil cup for my sister in law for Christmas. It was so much fun to design it myself and actually see the finished product. After the preview, I went back to the design page and made some changes. There were so many choices it was almost impossible to decide which ones to use. Once I was satisfied with my "creation" I placed the order. It arrived quickly and I am delighted with both the mouse pad and the pencil holder. I would give this company 5 stars for quality of products and the almost endless design choices. Plus it was fun and easy to do. There are also many products to choose from and I plan to visit this store when it's time for birthday gifts. So easy to do. No shopping in malls to find a gift.
