I wish I would have caught that the letter S on the front was not on the tag. Otherwise quality is good and tag is very cute. Would recommend this product.

Sometimes they get bent a bit on the suitcase at airports, but they still work great. In fact, I have wondered how to get a repeat luggage tag just like the one I just got.

The customization allowed a lot of flexibility and options for themes which I liked (I wasn't expecting to be able to make a shark luggage tag!). My only minor gripe is the size of the tags - they're too wide in my opinion. They ARE the size posted (2.75" x 4") on the website but hardly anyone is going to get out a ruler to see how big that is before ordering. I assumed they were about the size of my existing tags (approx 2" x 4") since the pictures of the tags on the preview page look like roughly 2" x 4". In the preview tool the ratio of length to width isn't the same as the actual ratio of the tag you receive so the preview tool isn't an accurate size representation. Putting the tags I received up against the saved preview pics of my design clearly shows the tags I got are wider than what's in the preview, and wider than needed to accommodate the graphic I chose and the text on the opposite side.

Got the eyeball luggage tag as a joke for a friend. It turned out great and I am waiting for her birthday so I can give it to her.

The customization process was easy but this luggage tag is much smaller than anticipated. And the strap that will attach it to luggage is flimsy and not going to hold up. I'm replacing it with something sturdier.

Recently switched to a position that requires travel - and with it a large rolling computer bag and carry on luggage for air travel and smaller bags for road trips . Wanted to unify my look and have put these tags on all four of my travel cases. One - dont have to switch them around - two - can pick out my standard black bags out of a group and still have them look professional (no ribbons on the handle). Have actually had other businesswomen ask where I found them - they loved the metal - plastics and leathers apparently start to bend or warp over time - and three - I could customize for what I wanted these to be - bright colors to be easily seen but yet elegant and personalized - without tacky handwritten identifiers. Note that these come with the leather buckle ties - on my computers bags they just didnt sit right so I asked about the acrylic slip knot ones - theyre a little longer but lay better if youre attaching to a non defined place on your bag.

Tags are durable and I love the engraving and design on tag. They are aluminum and seem as if they will hold up to lots of travel! They were also shipped timely.
