I submitted an online order & quickly realized I had accidentally put an error in my billing & shipping address. I immediately corrected it and feared that the corrected order may get lost in a shuffle of orders. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a confirmation of my order in my email account without any delay. Then, just as quickly, I received the revised order confirmation with my corrected address. That was a relief and what awesome and quick customer service. I received my product in a very timely manner & the quality is perfect. Sometimes online companies can be sketchy and you never know, but this time, I was super happy with the service, email confirmations and the product. Plate holders are made of super thin sheet metal thats more flimsy than a license plate itself. High quality print job (seems like laser print) at least, but overall quality isnt that great. 5 star customer service, though! Fast shipping and turn around time. I would buy small products like keychains, but the cookie cutter stamped out shape of sheet metal, I would not. I've had plastic holders that were more durable/better quality. Sorry guys, its a 3 star because these are a low grade that I'd expect from some overseas sketchy manufacturer like Wish

This item is advertised as being of a "Quality Material: Made from sturdy aluminum for a durable and long-lasting license plate frame," but this is not a remotely accurate description. What is being sold here is a flat piece of some kind of aluminum skin, roughly as thin as a soda can, extremely flimsy, terrible quality. Can be terminally bent (folded) with two fingers and a few ounces of pressure. I have purchased several plate frames from several sources and have always received an actual frame, until now. Never seen anything like this before, thankfully.

The metal material was a lot thinner than i had expected with no lip so that the license plate to attach to before mounting to car which seems like it would vibrate on sides because of the thin material that it was made out.
I would have gave a 5 Star if the material was thicker and not very bendable.

I had a specialized plate made for my daughter's car. She's been a ballerina practically her whole life and this is her last year at the studio as she will be going on to college soon. Too soon!! My little girl is growing up !!
It was a last minute Christmas gift and didn't come until a few days after (no fault of the seller), but I wrapped it up and gave it to her.

Turn out really cool. Thank you very much. Will recommend you to my friends. Would love to have seat covers for the front seats in the purple paisley with white or lavender flowers and " I'd Rather be Quilting" in the center diagonal square in either dark purple or lavender with either white or lavender outline. I was trying to get it to use my colors and text and lost it all so quit last night. Will try again and perhaps call for help. Can they be used on heated leather seats? I have a 2015 Subaru Forester 4WD. Do I need any other information to get the right size seat covers. The picture looks pretty much like my front seats. Don't have title yet so no license plates put on yet. Will try to send a picture when get them on the car.

All the frames I ever ordered were metal and rusted out... I was surprised that this tag was made of flexible plastic; however when I put the frame on the tag it fit well and it definitely will not rust!
I thought the cost was pricey >>they did not have to "rush" delivery to me... but once I got it,
I was happy.

I ordered a customized license plate frame. Ordering was easy, came fairly quick...... however it's cheap & cheesy. The frame isn't even as thick as the plate itself. I would call it a liner or maybe a matt. Seriously a little thicker than a pop can. I don't recommend anyone buy these.

4 Stars Very nice color and printing (but be aware of thickness)
The frame came quickly and just as I ordered it, so it was a perfect order and a quality job. Here is where I made MY own mistake....I guess in researching this frame I assumed, my fault, that it was designed like the many plastic frames on the internet, Nope. This is a totally flat, paper thin, metal frame....meaning no wrap around sides. It will sit directly on top of your American plate like a slice of bread....but with absolutely no side covering rounding...when viewed from the side you will see both the printed frame and the supporting plate behind it.....so it really depends on the manufacture of the car as to how the front/rear plate mounts to if this will be a good looking application or a weird sandwich look. Regrettably, this was my mistake, I ended up with the weird sandwich look, as there is no side wrapping around metal to cover the sides of the new Collectors plate I'm putting on the car. I'm modifying the product to make it look a bit better on my car. So, Quality product....but watch your application area.

We do our best to package them and label them as "Do Not Bend", but sometimes the carriers still bend them in transport or trying to stuff them into mailboxes. Some customers have been able to bend them back with no trouble, but if you are unable to get it properly bent back into shape we will work with you to have another sent to you.

I was able to design a license plate frame with almost all of the colors and graphics I wanted. This item was a gift for someone special with very specific interest. The only thing missing that I would have liked is that I was not able to use an awareness ribbon graphic. The kind for Breast Cancer, Missing someone, etc. But maybe I could have imported something of my own but just didn't know how to do it. The product turned out perfect though and when I gave it to the recipient they were so happy and touched that she cried.

We are glad that you were happy with the plate, but we did want to clarify that all of our license plates and frames are made out of a coated aluminum, not plastic. We do not include screws with this product because it is secured on top of your license plate and should be secured using the screws that are holding the license plate itself into the vehicle.

Took longer to receive than I thought but I live in a rural area so mail is not always as prompt as I would like. I ordered the least expensive frame and I was slightly disappointed as it's made from aluminum sheeting but once on the license plate it does look good so happy with the product overall. I would order again but go with a more expensive frame.

I love the frame. It's a bit "flimsier" than I had hoped, but looks good on my car. My boyfriend remarked that he hoped it would hold up in the carwash. We'll see. I loved that I could customize it with my favorite saying. Timing is everything! I had an issue with its delivery by USPS. I mistakenly called your number checking into that. The delivery wasn't your problem, but the girl who answered was very nice and concerned for me. She said to call back if I didn't receive it. I talked to my mailman and he had it the next day. So...all is good. I'll report if I have any issues and will look to you if I want to personalize anything else. You have lots of products!

I was so grateful to your sales clerk for helping me and explaining to me how to purchase the item I wanted. She was very helpful and very patient with me. I was very pleased. I do have a complaint about the condition of the item. It was sorta bent up when I received it. You put it in a cardboard flat holder but it got bent somewhat which is the postal service and their machines I know as I worked for them 30 years. If I may suggest to wrap it in cardboard and then into the cardboard envelope that would help as the do not treat all the mail nicely otherwise you are the greatest and I will pass it on

WARNING: This frame "fits" OVER, NOT AROUND a license plate, thus obscuring the writing at the top and bottom of the plate, including the state name, which is illegal in most, if not all states.
I had been so excited to put the 2 frames I ordered on my car because they are so pretty, but I was that much more disappointed when realized I could not.
I would have given only 1 star and never ordered from the company again, but Customer Service was so responsive and courteous when I reached out to them that I do plan to order from them again. (I also ordered some stickers and a decal from them with this same design which came out beautiful.)
So, I recommend the company, but unfortunately not the license plates (lest you get a ticket or fine).

I could not believe a personalized item could be delivered so fast!
I ordered a custom license frame and it was here before my new personalized plates!
It looks the exact way my computer showed it when I ordered it.
Only thing is that I only ordered one for the back plate.
Now I am going to choose a different design for the front.
I don't mind because it was fun and easy to order!
