I'm not one to write reviews, good or bad, but I'm making an exception here. I've never experienced such good customer service as I have with Ogie McDonald at YouCustomizeIt. I placed an order and the next day I received an email from Ogie telling me the order would not be shipped for 2 - 3 days as the item to be engraved was in transit. I had assumed that because it was custom engraved that it would have been a few weeks before it was made, never expected it a day or two after I ordered it. And I certainly didn't expect an email updating me within 24 hours of me placing the order. I called Ogie (she answered the phone, not a robot, not an automated message but Ogie herself!!) and I asked her if it was possible to send her a picture to use for the engraving as I was unable to get it uploaded and went with something else. Not only did she tell me to send it to her, she actually made the artwork and put it on my item and sent it to me to review. All this was done within 24 hours of me placing the order. Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. And, when I thought it couldn't get any better, it was shipped that afternoon. The item had come in while she was making me the artwork.....and she was able to engrave it, and ship it by the end of the day. Ogie and her team take pride in their products, and in pleasing their customers. I then ordered an additional 2 items which are also on the way! If you want to deal with a great company, have a great experience, and want a great product, this is the place to call!! Thanks Ogie!!

My grandson is a Mixologist/Bartender and Mini-Menu planner. He often enters his original mixed drinks/cocktails in competition and in many cases has won. He loved this leatherette recipe journal for his original cocktails.

This book made very well I add materials and listing from my motorcycle club in the book. I also put tabs inside for location.

Honestly, better quality and overall look than I expected

I don't think I've ever written a review in my life but I was so impressed by the quality of the journal I ordered that I felt compelled to share it. I bought this for my boyfriend and at first I was a little worried the design I put on there wouldn't come out right since it has a lot of fine lines & details but it came out PERFECT & I am blown away by the craftsmanship. This came out way better than I expected & I will absolutely be buying from this company again.
