I have nothing bad to say about my experience. Right from the start everything went as smoothly as possible. We had everything pretty much figured out with in the first 24 hours of contact. Customer service is top notch. The logo I chosen wasn't going to look right so they gave me a few different options that would work with the same logo. The operations manager was in constant contact during this whole process. I gave them what I could spend and the time frame I needed them in and they were willing to work with what I needed. We gave them out as gifts at one of our dinners at the firehouse and everyone loved them. Logo came out perfect and the craftsmen ship was great as well. I can't complain one bit. Extremely happy with the purchase.
