I ordered this for my wife's Christmas gift. Ordered it on Dec 12th with a estimated delivery date of Dec 20. After not receiving it, I called on Dec 21st. Customer service was apologetic and explained they received a Christmas rush that was unexpected. They gave me a discount and stated they would try to have it by Christmas eve. I received it xmas eve and opened it to find that it had smudge marks all over it. Smudge fingerprints on the front back and spine. I had to take a alcohol wipe and clean it. Then repackage it for xmas. My wife loved it, but it was not a great experience.
Hello Jason, we are sorry to hear that your product was not properly cleaned. Even though we were processing orders as quickly as possible, we should not be cutting corners on cleaning the product properly before shipping it. We are glad to hear you were able to get it clean, but that should not have happened.
