I ordered this for my wife's Christmas gift. Ordered it on Dec 12th with a estimated delivery date of Dec 20. After not receiving it, I called on Dec 21st. Customer service was apologetic and explained they received a Christmas rush that was unexpected. They gave me a discount and stated they would try to have it by Christmas eve. I received it xmas eve and opened it to find that it had smudge marks all over it. Smudge fingerprints on the front back and spine. I had to take a alcohol wipe and clean it. Then repackage it for xmas. My wife loved it, but it was not a great experience.

We had a special project which was a folder with a custom cover for a birthday present. Since it was custom we contacted the "Need Help Designing" department and they were extremely helpful. They worked with us for over a week while we kept submitting and tweaking our design and we made numerous changes. I was very impressed at how quickly they responded to all our requests. We had return emails in minutes and also it was easy to contact them by phone. Great customer service! They made some great suggestions and helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!!
