This order was placed to be installed in the getaway vehicle for our sons wedding. We paid for 2-day shipping in order for it to be received before the wedding date. It arrived in 2-day shipping alright, 2 days AFTER the wedding. Ive reached out 2 times about a refund if only for the shipping charges but havent received a reply yet. Maybe they need to play a different game if they cant even respond. Bad form!
Hello Tammy, we are sorry to hear that your package was not delivered on time and that you were unable to reach us. According to our records we shipped the license plates on the expected ship date so they should have arrived on time, but unfortunately UPS failed you. We understand that you paid for 2-Day shipping and should have received them on time, but unfortunately UPS (and FedEx) suspended delivery guarantees during COVID and has still not put most of them back into place, but we want to work with you to fix this. Our system does not show any calls, chats, or emails from you regarding this order, but our customer service team will be reaching out to make this right.
