Quality actually better than expected

I really appreciated being able to design my own products (in this case I was trying to replicate a beloved anti-fatigue mat I'd had in front of my kitchen sink for many years). I am giving four stars for that reason. The quality of the product is average, I don't expect it to last as long as my last one did. The product that arrived IS a nice looking product, but is not the same as the photo preview given on the website. On the website, the mat was shown as more muted in color, so I went into photoshop and made it more saturated, which is exactly how the delivered product looks. So what I'm saying is, your delivered product may be more saturated than it appears on your computer screen preview. This kind of thing happens a lot with online ordering, so it's not unusual. And over all, I'm satisfied with the product. I was also irritated when I went online to check the ship status, saw that it still hadn't shipped and that it was now being offered for half price. I appreciated that when I complained about it though, they refunded me the difference. As far as speed of delivery is concerned, I ordered it on January 21st and it was delivered on January 27th, so about average ship time. So to recap: - Cool service (5 stars!) - Average quality product (4 stars) - Very good customer care (5 stars!) - Average ship time (4 stars)

The process was fun and easy from start to finish. The team finessed the final product and its design for me so that it looked absolutely perfect. It came out better than I couldve imagined with their input. The recipient was thrilled. If you want a very specific personalized gift for someone, this is the place to go.

The product is soft and cushy. Great for standing on. The quality of the print I submitted was excellent. They even made a suggestion to make the item more pleasant.

Very pleased with how this turned out - high quality and my Dad absolutely loved it for his birthday. I was impressed with how quickly the product shipped and arrived at my parent's house. The only complaint I have is that the software to customize the product was a pain in the butt to use.

I bought these kitchen mats for the kitchen and bathroom. They turned out very well. I love bringing my designs to life! (When designing these mats make sure you darken and brighten the colors you use because the soft material will come out lighter than you expect.)

I love gingerbread men/women. Sometimes it's hard to find the exact pattern you want when you go shopping. I love that you can design your own items here with the colors/patterns you want to match your home decor. My rug turned out great! It's a little thinner than I expected but I still love it.

Looks great in our nursery by the changing table. We had to get a rug bc we were wearing down the carpet with all the diaper changes. It took some practice to figure out how to customize it to our liking, but it turned out great!

The mat came out very beautiful. I am very impressed with how clear the image is. I do think the colors look a bit brighter in person than they did on the preview image on my screen - the red is a bit more red-orange, and the the teal is leaning towards green, and overall the colors are more saturated. I will still use the mat, though - it is lovely. I am pleased with the quality, so I do plan to continue ordering from YouCustomizeIt. Now that I have ordered once and know what the colors are like, I can adjust my monitor settings so when I order in the future the colors will match what I am seeing on my screen. It would be awesome if YouCustomizeIt offered sample swatches (either a color chart w/ hex codes, or you could order a small sample of your design before ordering several items). That way you could adjust accordingly before ordering the finalized product.
